Sean LeRoux

Sean LeRoux is a Florida eminent domain and litigation attorney at LeRoux Law. With a background in complex civil litigation and insurance defense, he brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to the representation of property owners in condemnation proceedings. His extensive experience in injury defense, general liability, first party property claims defense, construction defect litigation, and local government law, informs his current practice and makes him a more effective eminent domain attorney.

Mr. LeRoux is a second-generation trial attorney and third-generation Floridian who completed his undergraduate studies at University of South Florida St. Petersburg and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2020. In 2025, after five years honing his litigation skills at firms in Tampa and St. Petersburg, Sean joined LeRoux Law.

Mr. LeRoux takes an approach to practice that prioritizes relationships—not only with each individual client, but with colleagues, the judiciary, and opposing counsel. Recognizing that each case is unique, he gives every client the attention they deserve. Mr. LeRoux is well-versed in alternative dispute resolution methodologies, having often resolved matters through mediation or arbitration proceedings. Should a trial become necessary, Mr. LeRoux’s background and subject matter knowledge make him an effective advocate.

In his free time, Mr. LeRoux enjoys film photography, riding vintage motorcycles, and spending time with his wife Isabelle.
